You can change your PIN in the XtraPOWER mobile app or by calling Cardholder Services toll-free at 1-844-441-8671. In the app (1) tap on “More”, (2) tap “My Card Account”, (3) tap “Reset a 4-digit Card PIN”, and (4) enter your new PIN twice.
